Misinformed Milo

February 20, 2017 by Southpaw 28 Comments

The In-Your-Face Gay Alt-Right Conservative

Milo Yiannopoulos is a walking stream of contradictions and possibly one of the most interesting people on the internet today. The Senior Editor for Breitbart News stands at the forefront of the Alt-Right movement, whose supporters share his ultra-conservative stance, but disparage his lifestyle as a homosexual. Makes sense, right? You’d think it’d be difficult to figure out how an outwardly gay British man became one of the most well-known personalities in Conservative American media, but it’s actually not that hard. Milo is a boastful provocateur, who consistently pushes out heavily controversial opinions, rattling Liberals to the core. He’s brilliant in the sense that he has members of the Left literally eating out of his hand. Everything he says gains immediate traction, pushing liberals into yet another media frenzy, further contributing to his fame.

Heartbreaker

February 20, 2017 by admin 27 Comments

CNN reported on today’s untimely death of the Russian ambassador to the United Nations, Vitaly Ivanovich Churkin.  The article revealed that Churkin suffered from cardiac arrest while at the Russian Mission on East 67th Street in New York, dying later at a nearby hospital.

Interpreting a Tweet from Samantha Power, former US ambassador to the UN, CNN said “she was heartbroken by Churkin’s death.”

“Heartbroken ?!”

Boy, CNN, that’s a pretty poor choice of words for describing how Ms. Power feels over his dying due to CARDIAC ARREST!

Duh.

The ICE fax not cometh

February 20, 2017 by admin 26 Comments

Fox News has reported that one of the suspects accused of killing a man at a Denver light rail station was in custody in Denver, and wanted for possible deportation by federal authorities, when he was released from jail weeks before the murder.

According to ICE officials, “At the time of his arrest, ICE placed a detainer with the Denver County Jail. The detainer wasn’t honored, and he was released by the jail Dec. 20, 2016, without notification to ICE. Valles is a known gang member whose gang history is documented in the Colorado gang database. Due to his criminal history and gang affiliation, Valles is an ICE immigration enforcement priority.”

ICE is hot over this one

In answering ICE’s allegation, a Denver Sheriff Department spokesman responded Friday night, saying “ICE was told about Valles’ release before it happened. He was released once he posted $5,000 bond.”

But a copy of the fax sent by the Denver PD, purportedly showing compliance with the ICE detainer, shows that Ever Andres Valles, 19, a citizen of Mexico, was actually released 5 minutes BEFORE the fax was sent to ICE.  (click this link)
